Financial-file transfer, processing and access arrangements are agreed separately before an engagement. Website hosting and an enquiry database do not establish that environment.
What we name before any file is exchanged
Name model and service providers.
Name providers, tasks and categories of data sent. Confirm account-specific training terms, retention, logging, abuse-monitoring exceptions and any masking before transfer.
Define who can access records.
Name customer, delivery, support and provider roles. Describe approval, removal and logging of access.
Agree confidentiality.
Confirm whether an NDA is available on request or required before exchange, who signs it and the permitted uses.
Record the handover terms.
Agree the artifacts, editable formats, transfer channel, continuing internal-use rights and early-stop terms.
Set retention and deletion terms.
Specify periods and triggers separately for source copies, derived content, backups, logs, provider-held records and exceptions. Describe the method and scope of deletion confirmation.
These details must be settled before financial records are requested. No “never used for training,” “customer environment” or blanket deletion claim is made without implementation and contractual evidence.

BluePi Consulting Private Limited uses your name, work email, organisation and any context you provide to respond to your enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include financial statements, tax records or confidential documents.
Cloudflare Pages hosts this site and Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. Accepted enquiries are stored in BluePi’s Supabase database in Seoul, South Korea (ap-northeast-2). The record includes the source page, permitted campaign codes, browser user agent, a salted network-address hash and verification metadata. The raw network address and verification token are not stored in the enquiry record.
Resend sends an internal notification to gaurav@bluepi.in, hosted on Google Workspace. BluePi uses the enquiry database and this mailbox to follow up; platform administrators maintain the service. These providers process information to operate their services. This website does not establish a financial-file processing environment.
Enquiries that do not become customers, including notification emails, are retained for at most 180 days from submission. Records transferred into a customer engagement follow the handling terms agreed for that engagement. Provider backups and security logs follow the providers’ own schedules.
