Less GSTR-9C preparation.
More time for the decisions that matter.
BluePi prepares a draft GSTR-9C reconciliation pack from your files, with supporting workings for your tax team to review.
One GSTIN. One financial year. One review cycle. Typically three weeks from file handover. Fixed price agreed before work starts.
What you give, what you get
Everything on both sides is written down before work starts.
You provide
The agreed source files for one GSTIN and one financial year: audited financial statements, the ledger and turnover/tax schedules behind them, ITC workings, and the figures already reported in GSTR-9.
We prepare
The draft GSTR-9C reconciliation pack: every Table 5–17 figure mapped to a source row, calculations your reviewer can repeat, and an exception list with evidence attached.
You receive
Working papers in Excel, a source register with versions, the open-exceptions log, and a one-page reviewer summary. The working files are yours to keep.
Your tax team reviews
Your tax team reviews the reconciliations, resolves open differences and approves the figures before filing. BluePi does not sign or file.
Expert judgement needs
better-prepared work.
See how a corrected source changes a reconciliation, where expert judgement stays, and what finance and technology teams should test together.

Is your preparation process up to date?
Notification 13/2025 revised GSTR-9C mappings and formulas and introduced Table 17 for late fee payable and paid. If your process predates these changes, it is worth reviewing how your team prepares the reconciliation.
Your files move only after handling is agreed
Transfer channel, storage and processing locations, model providers, access roles, confidentiality and deletion — named and agreed in writing before any financial file is shared.
